I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for its impressive location, being close to Chinatown and Union Square, which made exploring easy. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful during my visit, always ready to offer suggestions. However, the noise from the street was noticeable at times, and my room had a somewhat obstructed view, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed perfect for a good night's sleep. However, noise from the street was quite apparent, which made it harder to unwind at times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Executive Hotel Vintage Court. The charming, vintage decor instantly set a relaxed mood, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to both Union Square and Chinatown, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly. However, some areas do need improvement, particularly in the variety of breakfast options and minor maintenance issues. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel! 😊

My room was clean and cozy, featuring a coffee maker and refrigerator. However, while it felt spacious for San Francisco standards, the closet was a bit small.

The staff were really good, especially Vincent, who went out of his way to assist when we were without our luggage. They were always friendly and offered great local tips.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic—just a stone's throw from the cable car stop and only a couple of blocks from Chinatown and Union Square. I felt safe walking around, even at night.
Dining

Breakfast was good, but I think they could improve the vegetarian and gluten-free options. I liked the hot buffet variety, but it became repetitive after a few days.
Facilities

The common areas were inviting, with a lovely lounge to relax in. The hotel also provided complimentary WiFi, but some minor maintenance updates are needed.

I had a great stay at Executive Hotel Vintage Court, overall. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Union Square, which made it easy to explore. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Eddie and Vincent, who made everyone feel at home. However, the WiFi was a bit spotty and the lift was out of order for my first day, which made it a workout getting up to my room.

My room was clean, cozy, and in great condition, although it was on the smaller side. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep.

I had a mixed experience at the Executive Hotel Vintage Court. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore San Francisco, and I enjoyed the charming decor and vintage vibe. However, I faced some issues like a strong odor in my room and the reception area being awkwardly located in a bar. Overall, while it had some nice features, it left me wanting more.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and unfortunately had a lingering smell that was hard to ignore. Although the bed was comfy, the bathroom was on the smaller side, which may not suit everyone.
Service

While the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, there were instances where things could have been handled better, especially with my room situation. I felt my concerns weren't fully addressed.
Location

Absolutely loved the location! It was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of several attractions, including shopping and dining options.
Dining

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. I expected more variety and found some items were not restocked promptly, like the orange juice and hot water. Still, it was nice to have something to start my day.
Facilities

The hotel is showing its age with some basic amenities, but I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the availability of ice machines on various floors. However, the reception being in a bar made it feel a bit disorganized.

I had a mixed experience at the Executive Hotel Vintage Court. While I really appreciated the staff's friendliness and the breakfast options, the room I initially got had some issues that made my stay less than perfect. The location is fantastic for exploring San Francisco, which was a major plus for me.

Rooms

I started in a room with a clogged sink and a damp smell, which wasn’t great. Luckily, I moved to another room on my second night that was much better—clean and quieter. The beds were super comfy though, which made for good sleep despite the street noise.
Service
8.0
The staff, especially Vincent, were really helpful and friendly. They provided great local tips and always greeted me with a smile, which made my stay much nicer. They were efficient too, with a quick check-in process, although I did run into an abrupt situation on my last day regarding room cleaning.
Location

This hotel is super close to Union Square and just a short walk from the cable car stop and Chinatown, which made exploring the area so easy for me. I loved how accessible everything was. However, the area could be a bit noisy, especially at night.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options, from egg bites to pastries. I also enjoyed the evening wine social, which had a great atmosphere to just chill and mingle. However, I felt the bar and restaurant on-site could be improved since it wasn’t open in the evenings.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had decent amenities, with a fitness room and comfy lounge areas. I appreciated the microwave in the lobby and the mini fridge in my room that actually worked. I was a bit bummed about the parking situation, as they didn’t have their own, but there was a lot nearby.
